Andre’s career in supply chain and logistics spans over eleven years including operations management, process and systems design, sales operations management and project management.
He has amassed a wealth of experience working with more than fifty clients across multiple industries.
A Prince2 practitioner, Andre has vast experience in operations, IT, warehouse design, automation integration and WMS project management, giving him a unique skillset to take logistics projects from solution design, through implementation and change management, to go-live.
Andre’s experience also includes managing the procurement process for new warehouse implementations from sourcing equipment to running tenders, whilst engaging and managing suppliers.
Andre works in partnership with clients from the initial stage of a solution, defining business requirements and producing clear project scopes. He then manages the WMS requirements, system integrators and operations and infrastructure teams seamlessly, translating project plans into solutions that enhance clients’ supply chains and businesses.
Andre also has experience in a wide array of IT systems implementation, having worked on projects for WMS, Transport, ERP and OMNI sales system solutions.
