Andrew’s career in logistics spans 28 years, incorporating operations management, process and systems design, WMS architecture and project management.
Over nine years with Mayne Nickless and 17 with Toll, he has amassed a wealth of experience working with more than a hundred clients across multiple industries.
Andrew is a Prince2 practitioner with vast experience in operations, IT, programming, warehouse design and project management across multiple warehouse management systems and industry sectors, giving him a unique skillset to take logistics projects from solution design, through implementation and change management, to go-live.
Andrew works with the customer from the first stage of a project, defining business requirements and producing clear and concise project scope and documentation. He manages WMS requirements, system integrators, operations and infrastructure teams, seamlessly translating requirements into execution.
