With a background in inventory management, data analysis and project delivery, Paul has a keen eye for operational improvement and its impact on supply chain efficiency and success. He has a "ground up" approach to learning customers' supply chain operations and will leave no stone unturned.
His exposure to large scale retailers and its suppliers has seen Paul develop a well-rounded approach to data analysis, having to manage over 100,000 SKUs and to understand the need for logistical efficiency to drive stock flow and enhance the customer experience.
Paul has experience in the scoping, implementation and maintenance of high-end solutions, backed by data and real-world thinking – experience he uses to provide crucial competitive advantage to ThreeSixty clients’ supply chains.
