Blackwoods’ Greystanes DC was an existing live operation utilising Dematic’s Multishuttle AS/RS GTP picking system and voice pick zone routing solution, coupled with a manual packing, labelling and despatch process, with consolidation of manual/bulk picks from the existing WMS. Blackwoods engaged ThreeSixty to implement Dematic’s packing automation and sortation solution in a live environment, with minimal disruption to the business and to customer service.
