Andrejs is an experienced supply chain consultant and analyst with more than 20 years’ experience in network design, freight analysis, and supply chain strategy across 3PL, FMCG, retail and industrial sectors.

He has spent the majority of his career working with major corporate customers to turn complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights – whether through cost-to-serve analysis, network capacity planning, or freight optimisation. Andrejs has led projects across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia for customers spanning grocery, retail, mining, telecommunications, and chemicals.

Andrejs built his career through a combination of management consulting and hands-on supply chain solutions delivery, starting at Deloitte before spending 16 years across two stints at Toll, where he led a team of analysts supporting the business’s largest strategic customers. Before joining ThreeSixty, he most recently served as Network Optimisation Lead at Bega Group.

Andrejs is passionate about data that tells a story: not analysis for the sake of it, but insights that help customers make better, more confident decisions about their supply chains.
