With close to a decade of supply chain experience at Woolworths Group, Kathy brings operational expertise across network optimisation, warehouse transitions, and transport planning. She has a strong analytical foundation and a hands-on approach to project delivery, shaped by years of working across one of Australia’s most complex national distribution networks.

In her most recent role as Business Lead within Primary Connect, Kathy led the commissioning and decommissioning of warehouse facilities, optimised supply chain nodes across ambient, fresh, produce, and frozen categories, and managed network planning across more than 22,000 SKUs.

Kathy’s ability to bridge analytical rigour with practical execution makes her a strong addition to ThreeSixty’s growing Project Services team, where she supports clients across WMS, property and warehouse transformation projects.
