Rob is a true supply chain leader with more than 30 years’ experience in management, infrastructure establishment, people development, and operational delivery across 3PL, transport and logistics.

He has extensive experience building and leading high-performing teams to deliver successful outcomes across complex supply chain operations, with deep expertise spanning warehouse design, technology implementation, network planning and operational ramp-up from concept through to steady-state operations.

At TNT, he gained broad exposure across Australian domestic transport, from fashion apparel and computer delivery to road express and air freight. He then spent 16 years at Toll, including two years in the United States, leading operations across retail, healthcare, and FMCG industries. Most recently, Rob served as Head of Contract Logistics Oceania at Maersk, where he built and scaled a contract logistics operation in a near start-up environment with a strong focus on fashion, retail, e-commerce, and FMCG.
